The tour reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All packages and package contents (including event tickets) are non-transferable. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase. If picking up your tickets at Will Call, you must bring a valid PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER/ATTENDEE NAME on this order. Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the PURCHASER name on the order will be turned away. IF YOU ARE ADDING AN ALTERNATE PICK UP NAME, have any questions regarding your purchase, or have not received your confirmation email, please contact the venue box office.
