About Josh Thomas
Budgie were a Welsh heavy metal band from Cardiff. The band formed in 1967, and recorded a demo the following year. Budgie was characterized by a constant rotation of guitarists, with bassist and singer Burke Shelley and drummer Steve Williams being the only permanent members.
